Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission led a planning process that supports the KOP Rail Project by exploring land use and development in the KOP area. December 2018

NORRISTOWN TRANSPORTATION CENTER INTERMODAL STUDY AND CONCEPT PLAN

This DVRPC report includes both a detailed analysis of operations and passenger activity at Norristown Transportation Center (NTC) and a conceptual program of improvements to enhance the facility and its integration with the Norristown community over time. The recommendations would improve circulation and increase the development potential of the area surrounding NTC, as well as improve quality of life and perceptions of safety. April 2013
